GUHEM Turkey's First Space and Aviation Themed Interactive Centre
GUHEM is Turkey's first space and aviation themed interactive centre, which was established under the leadership of Bursa Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BTSO) in cooperation with Bursa Metropolitan Municipality and TÜBİTAK. With its 13,000 square metre area, GUHEM aims to increase the competitiveness of our country in the field of domestic and national technology by directing young generations to space and aviation technologies. Offering information and experience on space, aviation and technology to visitors of all ages, this centre inspires the scientists of the future.
GUHEM's Dynamic Brand and Corporate Identity Design
Babel redesigned the visual world of GUHEM, Turkey's first space and aviation themed interactive centre. In cooperation with the Turkish Space Agency, we conducted a comprehensive branding process for GUHEM, which operates in line with the strategic goals set out in Turkey's National Space Programme.
In this process, a logo design, brand strategy and corporate identity guide were created. A modern design language and colour palette reflecting GUHEM's dynamic structure and vision in the sector was preferred. In addition, supporting materials that are compatible with GUHEM's brand identity were prepared in various areas such as corporate documents, communication identity and outdoor designs. All these efforts contributed to GUHEM's effective communication with its target audience and strengthened its brand value.
GUHEM Project Process
GUHEM, Turkey's first space and aviation themed interactive center, was designed to enable young generations to gain knowledge and experience in the fields of space and aviation. As Babel, we carried out a comprehensive branding process in this project.
Project Description and Objectives:
We defined the main objectives of the project in line with GUHEM's mission and vision. In collaboration with the Turkish Space Agency, we decided to redesign GUHEM's brand identity to reinforce its leadership in the field of space and aviation.
Research and Analysis:
Target audience, sectoral dynamics and competitor analysis were conducted. At this stage, examples of space and aviation themed interactive centers around the world were examined. The research played an important role in determining the appropriate design language and strategy for GUHEM.
Brand Strategy Development:
We created a brand strategy that reflects GUHEM's values and goals. This strategy includes the key elements of the brand identity and guides the entire design process.
Logo Design:
A modern and memorable logo design was developed for GUHEM. The logo incorporates elements that reflect space and aviation themes, while emphasizing the innovative and dynamic nature of the brand.
Corporate Identity Guide:
A corporate identity guide was created in line with the logo. This guide includes logo usage rules, color palette, typography and other design elements. All corporate documents and communication materials were designed in line with this guide.
Graphic Designs:
Creative graphic designs were prepared to support GUHEM's visual identity. Exterior designs, social media content and other visual materials were developed using a dynamic design language.
Implementation and Coordination:
The designs were applied to all corporate materials and communication channels. A coordinated work was carried out with relevant stakeholders at every stage of the project process.

A Strong Brand Identity:
As a result of the branding efforts, a modern and memorable brand identity was created for GUHEM. This identity includes a dynamic logo reflecting space and aviation themes and a consistent corporate identity guide. GUHEM has thus increased its recognizability in the sector.

GUHEM's impact on the target audience increased significantly through promotional activities and creative graphic designs. The events organized and promotional materials reached a wider audience by arousing interest in space and aviation issues in the society.

The corporate identity guidelines strengthened GUHEM's communication strategy. All corporate documents, social media content and outdoor designs were created with a consistent language and aesthetic approach. This allowed the brand to project a professional image.
Interactive Experience:
GUHEM's interactive experiences succeeded in introducing aerospace technologies to the younger generation. The new website and graphic designs, supported by a user-friendly interface, enriched the visitor experience.
Enhanced Digital Presence:
The website designed for GUHEM is both mobile-friendly and user-friendly. This enabled visitors to access information quickly and effectively. The website provides up-to-date information about GUHEM's events and programs, increasing interaction with the community.
Building a Foundation for the Future:
The work carried out has created a foundation that will support GUHEM in achieving its long-term goals. The infrastructure provided to orient young generations towards space and aerospace has the potential to increase Turkey's international competitiveness.
As a result, with this project, Babel strengthened GUHEM's brand identity, increased its digital presence and maximized its interaction with the target audience. GUHEM now has the potential to reach a wider audience as Turkey's leading center in the field of aerospace and aviation.
