Nourished by its roots, Madam Niça brings the rich flavors of the minority cuisine to your tables. From nomadic dishes to Levantine dishes, from Sephardic Jewish cuisine to Greek, Armenian, Cretan, Balkan and Ottoman dishes, the restaurant offers its guests unforgettable palate memories.
Madam Niça, which supports local production and brings the healthiest and most delicious crops of the new harvest from the field to the table, continues its story that started in Bozcaada in 2017 on the terrace of The Artisan Istanbul Mgallery hotel in Istanbul's Gümüşsuyu neighborhood, accompanied by a unique Bosphorus view. Founders Saada Delen and Oya Terzioglu named their restaurant Madam Niça to keep the name of the former owner Domeniça Hanım alive. Madam Niça brings together lovers of island and immigration cuisine.
